Format list – Table configuration
In the Table configuration window, you can customise the list display to meet your needs, e.g. show or hide columns and tooltips or only show columns if they meet certain criteria.

Right-click the heading of a column.
The shortcut menu opens.

Select the Table configuration entry.
The Table configuration window opens.

In the various tabs, enter the required data.

Columns tab (
Show and hide columns in lists) -
Tooltips tab (
Show and hide tooltips in lists) -
Conditional formatting tab (
Define conditions for list formatting) -
Calculated fields tab (
Add fields (columns) computed to lists) -
Display and shortcuts tab (
Customise the display in the list)

After entering the data, click OK.
